Welcome to Lamb: Bible study app. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lamb: Bible study app, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lamb: Bible study app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms of Use.

3. Subscription Terms

Lamb: Bible study app offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Annual Subscription: $49.99 per year (7-day free trial)
• Monthly Subscription: $6.99 per month

Subscription Details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term

4. Free Trial

The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the app
• Use the app in any manner that could disable, damage, or impair the app

6. Intellectual Property

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sumit Chandra Paul and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Bible Content

The Bible text and related content provided in the app may be subject to various copyright and licensing terms. We strive to use content that is in the public domain or properly licensed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumit Chandra Paul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
